We are pleased to share that our founder Adv. Biswajit Sarkar has been invited to be a Keynote Speaker at the Conference- “IP Eurasia/IP India’23” conducted by the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) along with the Russian State Academy of IP in Russia.
This year’s conference places significant emphasis on fostering cooperation with India, recognized as a pivotal and promising partner among Eurasian nations. The enduring economic ties between India and Eurasian countries lay a strong foundation, offering extensive avenues for advancing collaboration, particularly in the realm of Innovative Technology. The potential for cultivating a comprehensive economic partnership hinges greatly on ensuring robust protection and advocacy of IPR. Comprising eight member states—Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan—the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) presents a streamlined and cost-efficient avenue for applicants seeking patent protection across all these nations. This convergence holds significance, given that India stands among the top 20 priority foreign partners for bolstering industrial exports in Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries.
The firm extends heartfelt gratitude to the EAPO and the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property for their gracious invitation extended to us. It’s a profound honor for us to stand as the sole representative from India on this esteemed global platform.
