Biswajit Sarkar, Advocates – IP Attorneys has been honored with an invitation to participate in the inaugural ASEAN Law Forum 2025, jointly organized by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and the Legal Affairs Division of the Prime Minister’s Department (BHEUU), Malaysia. The landmark event will be held from 19th – 21st August 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
The theme of the program is – Enhancing Access to Justice in the ASEAN Economic Community: Bridging Legal Cooperation for Inclusive Growth. The Forum is a pivotal platform launched during Malaysia’s ASEAN Chairmanship to foster a shared vision of justice, trust, and cooperation across the region. As emphasized by YB Dato’ Sri Azalina Othman Said, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Law and Institutional Reform), this Forum represents more than a legal conference—it is a strategic dialogue for shaping the future of legal collaboration within ASEAN countries.
The Forum will witness participation from eminent legal minds, global policymakers and industry leaders who will deliberate on critical issues in international arbitration and mediation.
